We will be your sole point of contact after an offer has been made and will liaise with all parties, including estate agents, IFAs and solicitors on your behalf to ensure the conveyancing process runs smoothly and leads to completion within a timescale which is convenient for you.
Naturally we want to releive you of as much stress as possible so we will arrange your insurance, sort out your utilities, organise and send change of address cards for you and will be there to help you on the day of the move to oversee the removal.
We almost always save Clients more than our fees, which means using our service is self-funding. Our fee is usually 1.5% - normally we will save clients c. 20% at present.
