We will normally contact a minimum of 180 agents on your behalf and speak to all our contacts as part of our search for you so naturally we need to know that you are serious about finding a new home through us.
Therefore we charge a retention fee which is paid before we start and a success fee which is payable when you exchange contracts with the vendor or landlord.
Home Purchases
- Retention fee: £2,500 inclusive of VAT
- Success fee: 1.5% of the purchase price or 15% of the difference between the asking price and the purchase price, whichever is the greater

- Please note that we are VAT registered and the success fee and other supplementary fees are subject to VAT at 20%
Rentals
- Retention fee: £2,500 inclusive of VAT
- Success fee (long lets): 6 weeks rent
- Success fee (short lets): Fixed fee

Buy to let investments
- Retention fee: £2,500 inclusive of VAT
- Success fee 2% of the purchase price or 15% of the difference between the asking price and the purchase price, whichever is the greater

Commercial investments
- Retention fee: £2,500 inclusive of VAT
- Success fee: 1.5% or less of the purchase price or 15% of the difference between the asking price and the purchase price, whichever is the greater
- Sliding scale depending on the size of the investment
Land and development property investments
- Retention fee: £2,500 inclusive of VAT
- Success fee: 3% of the purchase price or 15% of the difference between the asking price and the purchase price, whichever is the greater
